Fine Art Branding for Work & Play

Design Process

The creation process begins with a consultation and questionnaire before each segment of the project. Three design concepts are presented as a launching pad for the final design. Once selected, the refining process begins with consideration of the end applications for the brand marks.

The final Brand Suite emerges, drawing from both the brand story, event or ideal client's aesthetic. As a collector of details and detective of sorts, my goal is to make the design meaningful to you, and memorable to those who engage with it.

The brand boards below represent months of work each. They display the final and WIP brand marks created for multiple clients. These projects spanned from elaborate invitations and wedding day programs on thick cotton card to silk screen and gold foil stamping to website, social media and marketing  and e-commerce applications.

Each application requires specialized illustration techniques, file types and sometimes simplification of an ornate pattern for foil stamping and letterpress or increased detail for a large scale application.

The variety of materials, textures and techniques capable of expressing your mark seem endless.  Paper, wood, metal, glass, leather, fabric, wax, mosaic, embroidery, embossing, engraving, burning, inlay...imagine the unique and diverse applications of your fine art brand marks, patterns and name.
